  Asked if they served sandwiches in the morning. Cashier said yes then rolled her eyes.
  
  Swiss cheese was apparently cheddar
  Whole wheat bread was white
  Coffee was hot chocolate.
  
  Never going back.

  Don't think it's the place or the service that I dislike about Tim Horton, its there recipes... They sure like sugar (question, is it possible to have the sugar intensity in option? Spicy restaurant offer it).

  We told the employee(Jennyka) twice that we wanted to add two donuts to our very simple order. She ignored us twice. Very rudely closing those windows and turning her back on us. We had to cancel our order on the ATM machine to finally get her attention. When she finally acknowledged us and we're finally able to order our two donuts she proceeded to roll her eyes at us and scoff like it we had just ruined her whole day.
  
  After leaving the drive-thru I decided to call and speak to the manager. Not only did I wait on the phone for 10minutes but I got no answer. Very VERY disatisfied. Worst service I've ever gotten at a Tim Hortons
